Have your item list, glove sizes and any fitting measurements nearby. It shortens the call and lets us confirm stock before the written quote goes out.
Most practice managers do not need a phone call to place a routine order. Email the item list, the sizes you use, and the province you ship to, and we will come back with a written quote that covers stock, lead time and the delivery route from Johannesburg or Cape Town.
If something in the list is out of stock or does not match what your rooms actually need, we say so in the reply rather than substituting silently. That is usually faster than working it out after the delivery arrives.
